Season Training at Albert Park (Winter Season 2009) Commences at the start of APRIL

PB, PC & Metro 7pm - 8pm
SL1 7:30pm - 9:00pm


Thursdays
PB 8:30 - 10
Metro 8:30 -9:30
PC 9 - 10

• SL - SNHC 8 - 9pm S1 - Thursday.*

Please note that all teams have designated nights for training where all players of the team are encouraged to attend. Everyone is welcome to train twice a week, however if it is not your team's designated time slot, players will be included in other coaching sessions in a lower or higher grade depending on ability.
