Powerhouse St Kilda Hockey Club Men’s Section will be fielding 6 open-age sides:

Pennant C
Pennant E
Metro 2 South
Metro 2 West
Metro 4 East

Pre Season Training (Feb & March 2012)

(please note every session below will be 7:30-9pm)  Any queries, problems or if you want a chat about the pre-season program call Dan on 0432 711 040 Note: the sessions will vary; variety is the spice of life.

FEB:
2^nd/ 7^th/9^th/14^th/16^th/21^st/23^rd (Tues/Thurs combos) we will be doing agility, strength & speed sessions. Opposite Milanos(near South Road.), Beach Rd, Brighton.

FEB:
28^th (Tues) on ground training at Brighton Secondary College, Dendy St, Brighton East (same as last year)

MARCH:
6^th/8^th/13^th/15^th/20^th/22^nd/27^th/29^th (Tues/Thurs combos) on ground training at Brighton Secondary College, Dendy St, Brighton East

APRIL:
we are back at APK

There will be some preseason games during March & April…to be advised when all fully sorted!

Season Training at Albert Park (Winter Season )

From week commencing April 1, 2011, training will return to Albert Park
Tuesdays  8.00pm – 9.30pm
Thursdays  7.00pm – 8.30pm
